Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 for Australian orders under $300. We offer Express shipping for $15 &  Australian orders over $300 receive Free Shipping. 

Delivery is expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. Express shipping is expected to arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 4pm will not be shipped until the following business day.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday unless that happens to be a Public Holiday.

On dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking information.

Please consider listing a business address to ensure that you do not miss your delivery!

 

INTERNATIONAL

We are pleased to ship globally using DHL Express. 

For major international destinations, including North America, UK and Europe, China, major Asian destinations:

DHL Express is $30 and is FREE on orders over $500.  

Our sales are made on a delivery duty unpaid basis, and you the customer will be responsible for any taxes and duties imposed. Please make enquiries regarding relevant taxes prior to ordering.
